A Planted Aquarium

If you have ever seen a well planted aquarium you will understand my fascination with aquatic plants. I started out keeping fish but soon realised that the only way to really show off the beauty of the fish is to put them in their natural planted environment. Not only does it keep them healthier but it also makes watching them more interesting, seeing how they interact with their environment and other species as they come across them... Green Water

If you have an aquarium, sooner or later you will experience green water. It nearly always happens just before the in-laws are about to visit or you've invited friends over for dinner. Your fish disappear behind a green haze and you sit there dealing with the jibes and digs with a forced smile on your face.
